Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The inside sales executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.


To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.



Responsibilities



  • Generating Quality Leads: The inside sales executive will be responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, or other lead generation strategies. This involves identifying potential customers and initiating the sales process.

  • Handling Inbound Inquiries: The inside sales executive will follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally. They should have excellent communication skills to address customer queries and provide necessary information to potential leads.

  • CRM System Management: Keeping the CRM system up-to-date is critical for efficient lead tracking, customer information management, and overall sales process management. The inside sales executive should be detail-oriented and diligent in recording relevant data.

  • Upselling and Cross-selling: The inside sales executive will have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. This requires a strong understanding of the products or services offered and the ability to identify opportunities to meet additional customer needs.

  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting research on market trends and competitors' products allows the inside sales executive to stay informed about industry developments and position the company's offerings effectively in the market.

  • Persuasive and Goal-Oriented: To succeed in this role, the inside sales executive should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. They must be proactive in driving sales and convincing potential customers of the value of the products or services offered.

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

  • Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
